Do you want an opportunity to make a difference?

Money generated through fundraising activities is vital for RESULTS and allows us to continue with our work, so why not get involved? Whether you plan to get a few people involved or involve your whole company, organisation or community, we want to hear from you.

Fundraising enables us to…

• Fund our research and campaigning on microfinance, sanitation, education and health
• Support and coach our grassroots in their activities and lobbying

Because of the success of our campaigns, every pound raised for RESULTS leverages £232 in resources to fight global poverty.

Hold an event

You can raise money for RESULTS from any kind of event, from auctions to barn dances, dinners to sponsored silences. RESULTS groups have had particular success with holding 'RESULTS ask events' - contact us for details of how these work.

Whatever your event, you can set up an online sponsorship page at Justgiving.com, and save having to handle any cash yourself - donations go straight into our bank account.

Past fundraising events

Hadrian's Wall Challenge

In May 2008, a team of adventurers from Linlithgow, Nottingham and Birmingham walked the length of Hadrian’s Wall, all to raise money for RESULTS. Well done and thanks to them all!

Fun Run

In October 2007, RESULTS UK organised a 5km sponsored Fun Run around Coombe Abbey Park in Warwickshire, helping to raise awareness of the worldwide water and sanitation crisis as well as raising funds that will allow RESULTS to carry on its vital work in this area.

Three Peaks Challenge

An intrepid adventure took 17 hikers to the three highest peaks in Britain in May 2007. They hiked for a total of three gruelling yet rewarding days and raised a colossal £10,000 for RESULTS.
