Partner agreement

Working as a Partner in a local group is the fundamental way of participating in RESULTS. A Partner recognises that every individual can make a difference in the world and, by acting together in a network of groups, we can be even more effective in bringing about the end of hunger and poverty.

A Partner agrees to the following:

To learn the vision, mission and aims of RESULTS and be able to speak them clearly.
To assume a share of collective responsibility for the vitality and effectiveness of the group.
To attend the 2 meetings each month and participate with the group in speaking about the issue and taking the action.
To participate in projects based on our strategic plans, with a specific focus on:
- developing powerful relationships with decision-makers, in particular local parliamentarians and the media.
- raising awareness of RESULTS and the issues on which we campaign whilst stimulating action within the local community.
To contribute to the basic cost of funding the group by becoming a monthly sponsor at a minimum of £5 per month (or by raising this funding from another source).
To contribute to the wider funding of RESULTS by generating new monthly sponsors and organising fund-raising events.
To recommit to these agreements (if appropriate) every four months.
